Hey, I'm Alec!

I’m Alec Sailer and I bring a strong foundation in player development and a proven history of helping golfers improve.

Originally from Northern California, I earned my degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, while simultaneously completing my PGA Membership.

My coaching career began at Paradise Valley Country Club in Arizona, and I later advanced my development at Altus Performance under the mentorship of Cameron McCormick and his world-class team. Those experiences shaped my approach and sharpened the technical, analytical, and communication skills I bring to every lesson.

Now at Gretsch Golf Academy, I’m excited to work with golfers of all levels—from beginners and juniors to committed competitive players—helping them build confidence, refine technique, and elevate on-course performance.

I’m passionate about the game and constantly learning, always looking for new ways to grow as a coach so I can bring the best possible results to each student.
